Khejurer gur of Shondhi bazar is extracted from the Date Palm trees of the Bengal
in winter. This is symbolic and synonymous with Bengal winters. khejurer gur is
produced in two different ways- traditionally juice is extracted and concentrated in
a semi or full industrial scale with or without clarification. The khejurer gur mainly
contains high natural sugars such as sucrose, fructose, and glucose.
It is totally natural and collected from date palm trees without using chemicals.
