Shondhibazar.com is an online Platform to sell Safe Grocery. Food Safety , in all stages of the food chain, that is from Farm to Table, has been focused with due importance in all the relevant policies of Shondhi products. Unlike any of the e-shops we collect grains and crops directly from farmers of the remote parts of the country and then process and pack them without using harmful chemicals and preservatives, in our own Factory in a hygienic and scientific way and sell the same as Garden Fresh. We are focusing on doing contract farming so that we can collect our products in its purest form. Shondhibazar delivers food products in Dhaka within 24 hours.
Our Safe Food
Safe food, naturally preserved Crops produced from the best seeds selected by Bangladesh Rice Research (BARI) and Agricultural Research (BRRI).
Natural Preservation
We are against misuse and overuse of Pesticides and only preserve our safe food using Natural Preservatives that are absolutely chemical free.
Biodegradable Packaging
With a vow to keep our world breathable and healthy we have opted for eco friendly biodegradable packaging.

With an aim to practice and conform to World Health Organization’s (WHO) Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standard and in due course become fully “ORGANIC”, we are focusing on doing contract farming so that we can collect our products in its purest forms.
Our “Safe Food” tag that fancies today’s food market falls into two distinct categories:
1. Food Grains and livestock that are sourced directly from the root level farmers and
2. gourmet/specialty foods/spices that are processed in Shondhi’s own facility meeting BSTI and BCSIR standards.
Shondhi has opted for Natural Preservation as its core philosophy. Our products are absolutely chemical preservative free in any stage of its preservation. We encourage people to use Natural Preservatives like Dry Neem leaves , Bay leaves, Cloves, Garlic, Dried Chillies to store our natural products.
As we have access to information from BARI (Bangladesh Agriculture Research Institute) regarding the source of a particular product produced from the best variety of seeds, rich in nutrition, we collect them from source.
In partnering with agro farmers, working women in villages, small farm houses, fisherman, livestock horticulture and psci culture farmers we help them adapt to FAO prescribed Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) as advised by BARI.
Direct Sourcing is our one philosophy for transparency with core partners, the hard working root level farmers to establish a sustainable conduit for safe food. For us, the authentic product at an affordable cost and for them a guaranteed customer and a fair price.
Shondhi encourages farmers in contract farming. We provide them with finance and impart training on safe cultivation. We have empowered the lives of many such women and households in the country and hence contributing to the rural economy.
We strictly supervise the processing of food, maintaining the highest ethical standard of hygiene.
Shondhi products are BSTI approved and BCSIR tested.
